Offerings

Programs organized around real decisions and real work.

Choose readiness, a teaching lab, mentoring, a portfolio, or a school cohort. Every format is built from the same guidebook and itinerary spine.

Choose a format by the decision you still have to make

If you do not know what a BCA ATM is, start with the foundation. If a school is sending twelve students, start with workshops and cohorts. If the fear is standing in front of children, start with the teaching lab. If the fear is water, read diving before you pick the combined route. If the fear is ethics, read that page before you pay attention to temples.

Offerings share a spine so they do not become a menu of unrelated products. Each one points back to the same source week and the same refusals: no invented prices, no fake school names, no 2026 public calendar dressed up as scarcity marketing.

Browse the individual offering pages for audience fit and expected artifacts. Then apply with the format named in your message so coordination time is not wasted translating a vague “Bali volunteer” into an actual week.

How offerings relate, in practice

Foundation feeds workshops. Workshops feed the teaching lab. The lab feeds the week. Mentoring wraps the lab and the week. Portfolio stores both. Online program is the remote version of foundation plus workshop. School cohorts buy the wrap. Context studio keeps culture from becoming a shopping list. Showcase is the public close. You do not need every offering. You need the chain that matches your decision.

An individual student might only need foundation, lab, and apply. A school might need workshops, cohorts, portfolio, and mentoring. A diver needs the diving page in addition, not instead. If you cannot name the chain, you will buy a pile.

What is not an offering

A Kuta nightlife package is not an offering. A named-school placement list is not an offering. A guaranteed PADI card is not an offering. A 2026 countdown is not an offering. We list these negatives because volunteer marketing trains people to look for them. Their absence is information.

Buying fewer offerings on purpose

A school that buys every named offering will drown in meetings. Pick a chain. Individuals: foundation, lab, apply. Schools: workshop, cohort, portfolio. Divers: add diving pages, not extra products. The offerings index is a map, not a checklist of status. Status is how hosts get chaos.

A worked choice, not a menu trance

A student staring at nine offerings will try to collect them like stamps. Do not. If you cannot explain in one breath which format solves the decision you have this month, you are shopping. The decision is usually one of four: I do not know the papers, I do not have a brief, my school needs a wrapper, I want water after teaching. Foundation, lab, cohorts, diving. Everything else is a modifier.

Modifiers matter. Mentoring modifies the lab. Portfolio modifies the week. Online modifies geography. Showcase modifies the return. Context studio modifies clumsiness. Workshops modify a group that has not met. If you skip the decision and buy modifiers, you will have meetings about meetings and still arrive in sandals.

The offerings page is therefore a filter. Read it once to see the map, then leave it. Return only if a coordinator asks which SKU to name in WeChat. Name one SKU plus the route. That is a professional inquiry. A list of nine SKUs is a cry for help dressed as enthusiasm.
